    • Creative Director - Middle East

Leading this journey is our Creative Leadership Team in the Middle East, guiding efforts across Experience Design, Integrated/Campaign, and Design. At the heart of this mission, the Creative Director, at Kilograph Middle East plays a pivotal role in ensuring excellence and innovation permeate every visual design project and talent initiative in the region.

      As the Creative Director of Kilograph Middle East, you will collaborate with other creative leads and senior management at Kilograph to define the trajectory of Kilograph’s newest office. You will spearhead a culture that prioritizes exceptional, aesthetically refined, innovation-driven work, attracting both new clientele and top-tier talent. This role reports directly to the Executive Creative Director globally in conjunction with our Managing Director for the Middle East office.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Define and spearhead creative efforts on projects both internal and those contracted to Kilograph in the Middle East, guiding fellow designers in crafting top-tier solutions. 
      • Possess a deep understanding of integrated creative and experience design, integrating these disciplines seamlessly into your work. 
      • Skillfully execute projects across diverse platforms and mediums, including social, digital, film, OOH, and print. 
      • Oversee teams from ideation to final product, ensuring adherence to Kilograph standards while surpassing client strategies and objectives.

       

      Collaboration + Connection

      • Excel as a collaborator, helping to build multidisciplinary creative teams and fostering an environment of connection and collaboration. 
      • Demonstrate cultural awareness and empathy towards our diverse community of visual designers, representing various backgrounds, cultures, and languages. 
      • Cultivate and maintain trustworthy relationships with our client partners, consistently pushing boundaries for Kilograph. 
      • Possess exceptional presentation skills, articulating creative work and rationale with clarity and passion, effectively evoking excitement and buy-in. 
      • Prioritize regular collaboration with CDs and discipline leaders from other groups and offices globally.

       

      Leading Your Team

      • Guide, mentor, empower, and inspire a growing team of visual designers, including brand and graphic designers, visualization artists, and multidisciplinary designers at all levels. 
      • Lead by example, setting the tone for your creative teams’ engagement and performance. 
      • Foster a healthy and nurturing culture of creativity and design in the Middle East, ensuring it’s not only enjoyable but conducive to learning and growth. 
      • Establish clear expectations and boundaries for direct reports through regular, transparent communication. 
      • Regularly engage with community/group leaders in the local and global creative industries to gain insights into new processes, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate talent attrition.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      You are a seasoned and esteemed creative leader with over 10 years of experience, with  a portfolio of award-winning, globally recognized projects. You also possess the ability to mentor teams and will play an active role on all projects in the studio.  You lead with a dedication to creativity and design, coupled with a curiosity about its intersection with global culture and technology.  In the role of Creative Director, you will serve as the primary creative partner for new and existing clients. You will collaborate closely with Creative and Production teams across Kilograph services at our global offices, striving to unite a shared vision for our future.

    • 3D Artist - Alicante, Spain

      Kilograph is an award winning visual storytelling company. We create original and thrilling artwork and virtual experiences that enable our clients to make decisions, build awareness, brand value and leadership. We partner with leaders across a range of industries interested in the future of our cities, communities and emerging technology.

      The 3D Artist will be responsible for participating in the production of visualization projects. 3D Artists are self-starters, able to multi-task, dependable, and open to direction and feedback. You will communicate design processes and intentions to senior artists, and directors, work in an organized and professional manner, and participate in company-wide events, workshops and strategy sessions focused on improving techniques, communications, global organization and standards of practice.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Participate in Concept Creation & Management including:

        • Contribute to client concept ideation and pitch efforts

        • Critical thinking, creative solutions and utilization of artistic instincts

        • Handle multiple projects with changing requirements, client requests, and deadlines

        • Strong time management and project estimation skills

      • Hands on Leadership in the following areas:

        • Proactively contribute to the betterment of the project including improvements and troubleshooting

        • Work continuously to optimize communications and delivery efforts

        • Be a dependable asset to clients

      • Key Technical/Creative experience:

        • Strong understanding of scene organization in 3DS Max

        • Camera animation in 3DS Max

        • Advanced to expert knowledge of Vray

        • Strong material creation with Vray

        • Experience submitting animated sequences to render

        • Basic knowledge of multi-pass compositing in AE and post-processing software

        • Experience with photography

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Experience in 3D visualization in a client-facing environment

      • Strong communication skills: visual, verbal and written

      • Positive, solution-based and friendly attitude

      • Strong interpersonal, creative problem solving, and decision-making skills

      • Must be willing to work long hours when required to meet deadlines

      • Bachelor’s degree required

      • Minimum 2 years of relevant 3D Artist experience

    • Producer - Spain

      Kilograph is an award winning visual storytelling company.       The Visualization Producer position at Kilograph is responsible for maintaining all day-to-day creative and technical production operations of the business. Focus will be on implementing operational production policies and procedures under the supervision of the General Manager to maximize effect; administering practical solutions for continual increase of workplace efficiencies, productivity, and departmental interaction.

      The Producer must, at all times, demonstrate exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and solution-based management skills designed to guide, motivate, and develop team members, all while driving the company forward to reach its objectives.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Client Management including:
        • Defining client objectives through the creation of a client brief
        • Setting and managing client expectations throughout a project
        • Communicating project deliverables: project plans, status reports, as well as any changes to these throughout a project
        • Ensure client needs and objectives are met by the project delivery
        • Fostering areas of growth and further collaboration (new business) with existing clients
      • Monitor, and track Project Productivity including:
        • client documentation: statements of work, change order requests, etc.
        • project deliverables: project plans, status reports, etc.
        • assets, resources, scheduling, etc.
        • workflow procedures to ensure optimum efficiency
        • interdepartmental communication/cooperation
        • weekly financial reports: resource hours, budget, etc.

      • Manage, and track Team Members including:

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • In-depth Knowledge in the following workflows and technologies:
        3D Modeling, Rendering and Animation,
        Graphic Design and Branding,
        Film Production, Website Design and Development, Architectural design software (Revit, AutoCad), AI/ VR/ AR and new technologies.
      • Prior experience overseeing 3D visualization and animation workflows, writing project plans, creating timelines and driving successful execution of milestones, on-quality, on-budget, and on-schedule for 3D production 
      • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
      • Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in managing project, departmental and enterprise risks related to projects
      • Successful history of client contact including experience in setting and managing client expectations. Emphasis on real estate development and architectural design fields.
      • Solutions-oriented with ability to drive initiatives through to completion
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Bachelor’s degree preferred
      • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

      Location: Barcelona or Alicante. Hybrid.
